In the district of Arienzo there is one of the most enchanting corners of Positano, the one where "Villa La Roccia" lies suspended between sky and sea.
Giovanni Persico, thanks to his own skills and dedication, has carved each single stone, being able to preserve the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious, albeit impressive, structure. The precious ceramic tiles from Vietri, pergolas made of chestnut wood poles and the walls with their stones left visible are typical characteristics of every true Positano house. Family's women, Francesca, Daniela and Alessandra, thanks to their taste and feminine touch, avoiding to neglect any particular, have been able to decorate with sophistication and elegance the house, that will welcome you with warmth and familiarity, making your stay unforgettable.
The villa is spread over four levels, for a total of about 400 square meters, not mentioning the spacious terraces overlooking Positano (just a few minutes’ walk away) and is divided into three units, named the Carob, the Ficus and the Solandra. The swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is nestled in the rock and its profile quite merges with the sea. The solarium is the meeting point to enjoy Sun bathing during the day, as well as the sunset on Capri in the evening. Beach lovers, covering only 200 steps down, will be able to reach the Bay of Arienzo, featuring a restaurant as well as a bar.

Breathtaking view with the sea and yachts in front of you with an amazing garden relaxing pool and long vines with grapes on them luxurious beds big closets and nice small bathrooms the man who have gave us this opportunity is Giovanni I kind sweet motorcycle fixer I stayed for three nights it was amazing I recommend going to the beach in the morning nice clear waters filled with fascinating animals small fridge stove cutlery plates pans mugs cups glasses are provided in the beautiful, magnificent villa 10 out of 10 experience.

Stayed 3 night in early April 2016. We had the whole property to ourselves. The views were AMAZING. We also took a bus (2 busses) to Bomerano and hiked the entire Path of the Gods which ends up at the villa which very convenient.
It was unclear to us prior to arriving if breakfast was included or how accessible food was. Breakfast is not included so prepare ahead of time. Have to walk to town if you do not want to prepare yourself.

Una villa stupenda con una vista sul mare spettacolare indescrivibile per quanto è bello, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili... eccellente anche l' accoglienza e la disponibilità del sig. Giovanni cmq in poche parole abbiamo passato un fine settimana da sogno.....lo consiglio a chi vuole vivere un sogno ad occhi aperti...

Set up above the coast road with amazing views, this stunning 3 bedroom villa/apartment is massive and immaculate. There is a beach within easy reach and Giovanni, the owner is a real character, who makes your stay even better than you thought possible, can arrange meals out or in, whatever you wish!

We stayed 4 people in Villa La Roccia - Arienzo . Giovanni helps us a lot ! The apartment is very well equipped and very clean! We took bus from Sorrento and it left us kust in front of this Villa . The view is just AMAZING ! I wish we could stay there forever.
